As an associate of Plateau Spa since its opening, Suki has helped retain many loyal guests.  This story is about winning back a lost guest.

 

When her favourite therapist left Plateau Spa, a regular guest left for another spa.  After two months, the guest called and wanted to give Plateau Spa a chance to win her back.  The spa arranged for Suki, one of its most experienced therapists, to take up the challenge.  It was not easy.  The doubtful guest had particular requirements and did not trust Suki; along with spa music, the treatment space was filled with the guest’s questions seeking explanations of Suki’s skills. 

 

As an experienced therapist, Suki had thoroughly studied the guest’s past records before providing her treatment.  Thus, Suki was able to gently answer all the guest’s questions, as if she had been with the guest since day one.  The guest was so delightfully surprised by Suki’s interest and knowledge that she is now a Plateau regular — and a loyal supporter of her favourite therapist, Suki.
